Return & Refund Policy — ZAYORA Style

ZAYORA Style is a brand operated by SMUZ CORPORATION.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ZAYORA Style. If you face any issue with your order, we're here to help.

RETURNS

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Products that are damaged, altered, washed or used may not be eligible for return.
  • Sale items and customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition.

EXCHANGE

  • Size or color exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • The returned product will be inspected by our quality team before the exchange is approved.
  • Exchange will be processed only after the returned product passes the quality check.

REFUND

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged or defective product received from us.

WRONG / DAMAGED PRODUCT

If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After verification, we will provide the appropriate resolution, such as replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact us through WhatsApp or email within the applicable return period.
  2. Share your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  4. Send the product to the return address provided by our team.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, your return, exchange or refund will be processed as applicable.
