Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
  • Items bought during sale may not be eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

  1. WhatsApp us at our support number with your order ID and reason for return
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process
  3. Once we receive and verify the product, refund will be processed

Refund Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Customised or stitched items

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve it immediately.
